With over 14 years of experience implementing digital CRM platforms to automate and increase efficiency for sales, marketing and back-office teams, I support my customers as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, bridging the communication between business and IT service providers.
I have both industry and consulting experience, which means I have a 360° view on what a user expects from a tool when working daily with it versus what lies behind an IT implementation.
For the customer this means: efficient, cost-effective and flexible outsourcing as required and relief for their employees.
